How to get to Pu Luong from Hanoi?
Pu Luong nature reserve is 130km northwest of Thanh Hoa city and 170km from Hanoi airport.

Way get to Pu Luong from Hanoi by bus.
There is a bus transfers to Pu Luong from Hanoi and base at My Dinh, Giap Bat, Yen Nghia bus station and drop off at Canh Nang town ( Ba Thuoc).
Then take taxi or motorbike taxi to Pu Luong ( 12 – 15 km) or catch the local bus Hanoi to Mai Chau ( Mai Chau is about 45km from Pu Luong) then take other buses from Mai Chau to Pu Luong, That would be better.

- Time schedule: Normally, depart in the morning at 7.30 – 11.00 am.

- Disadvantages: The buses are for local people so the services are not professional. Passengers still have to take taxi to the bus station and from bus station to hotel or homestay. As this is in the mountain area so it would be difficult to take transit bus.
