Recently- Travel Feedback from the UK customer. Vietnam Budget Car Rental and Andy Pham

This company is run by Andy Pham out of Ho Chi Minh City, who speaks excellent English, and has a network of contacts around Vietnam, and in Cambodia.
We had 2 weeks, and planned most of the itinerary ourselves. There were 7 of us, so enough for a minibus to ourselves. Hotels we sorted through booking.com. We then went to Andy and asked for his help with airport transfers, trips and day tours of the cities we visited. He was very helpful, honest, reliable and good value. All of his cars, drivers and tour guides were great. The cars were clean and air conditioned, the drivers were polite and put themselves out for us and the guides were also good knowledge wise and had decent English. We made changes to the itinerary as we went along and Andy was always a simple call away. He also helped arrange the speedboat to Phnom Penh before we travelled which we knew about but wanted to sort out in advance. Same with the scooter tour of street restaurants in HCM, Andy sorted it out for us and got us a better price than we'd have got if we'd arranged it ourselves. In summary Andy was excellent and I'd recommend his company to anyone looking to see as much as possible of Vietnam, already with a good idea of what they want to see, at a reasonable cost. It meant we didn't waste any time whilst we were there arranging things, haggling or waiting for connections. Having kept an eye on local cost of such trips etc, I think we paid about the same as we would have if we'd left it but without the hassle. Great service!
