After you collect your luggage, please follow the exit signs to the arrival hall. Our driver will be waiting for you outside the arrival gate, holding a sign with your name on it. You look for the meeting area near Pole B/C, just outside the terminal building.

If you do not see our driver, please stay at the arrival area and contact us by phone or message. Our driver may be moving closer as the traffic flow at the airport is busy.

Once you have cleared immigration and collected your luggage, then go to the exit gate. Our driver will be waiting right outside the arrival exit, holding a welcome sign with your name. The meeting point is usually in front of Gate 10, just outside the terminal building.
