Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – Cai Be Floating Market – Can Tho City
● At 6:30 in the morning our guide/driver and car will pick you up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and travel to Cai Be floating market 2h30 minutes driving by highway.

● The scenery of the wide paddy rice fields with little small houses will be seeing when we are travel on the car.
● At 9:30 we arrive at Cai Be town. Set off the motorboat going to Cai Be floating market. Experience how people exchanging goods, fruit and many other commodities on their vessels. Drink a fresh coconut on a local boat and felling the breeze of river.

● Visiting a small village to see the local people making pop rice, rice wine and coconut candy…
● Come back to motorboat we are going to Tan Phong Island, get on a sampan boat (kayak boat) rowing deeper by cannel to see many fruits garden. Stop at a local house taste a few seasonal fruits and watching performances a Vietnamese traditional music.

● At 12:00 noon the motorboat will ride to another island in Vinh Long province takes it in 30 minutes by boat. We have lunch at local ancient house (Mai Quoc Nam restaurant, Mr Ba Linh restaurant on your options) includes a special local cuisine of the Mekong delta people meals as a elephant ear fish with a spring roll.

 Afterwards you can have a break in hammock or cycling around the village.
● Taking 15 minutes to mainland in Vinh Long province we will able to see many feeding fish farm floating in the Mekong River.

● At 15:0 pm proceed to Can Tho City 1h30 minutes.
Can Tho city is the fourth biggest city in Vietnam, and the biggest city in the Mekong Delta. Center of economic and commercial with nickname the Western Capital. The city located on the South bank of the Hau River, a distributary of the Mekong River. Which place had combined combination a lot of culture Vietnamese – Chinese – Khmer – Cham. 
● At 16:30 pm we will stop at Pitu Khôsa Răngsây pagoda (Khmer pagoda Southern), the famous pagoda should visit to learn about culture Buddhism Khmer in Vietnam.
● At 17:00 pm check in hotel. Free and easy to exploring the city (Ninh Kieu Wharf with a lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, pup.. should be try as your free and easy time)

Overnight at Cantho.

Day 2: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating Market – Ho Chi Minh City 

The Cai Rang Floating Market is the biggest and most crowed in Mekong delta.
Located on Hau river or Can Tho river (top 10 of manual canals in world). This floating market is six kilometers away from the center of Can Tho city and about 30 minutes away from Ninh Kieu Wharf by boat. 

● At 6:00 am, we set off the motorboat at Ninh Kieu Wharf going to Cai Rang Floating Market, pick up the sunrise with the breeze of the river, seeing the daily life of the local along the way. Do not forget take a nice photos with your camera.
● Upon your arrival, you will notice the extremely lively and crowded trading atmosphere of Cai Rang floating market.

Stare in awe when you see the smooth performances of traders juggling fruit from boat to boat. Interestingly, in the middle of such a bustling trading scene, you will still somehow find strangely comfortable moments while immersing in the rustic lifestyle of the Vietnamese.

● Get on the roof of the boat breathing in the cool breeze of the great river and eating a fresh pineapple would be good experience.
 
● Leaving the market, motorboat will ride you to local fruit gardens. At here you will walk around seeing a lot of fruit trees, flower bubs, fruits still on bough… some kinds of them you might not see before.
● We are coming to local house for learning how the local people make the noodle ?

It is very interesting - husks are separated from rice. Ground the rice and made rice flour, added water and made pancake like batter. Very thin crepes were made on skillet and dried for 2-3 hours and then cut into noodles.

● 11h00 am come back to mainland and visit land market of An Binh before checking out of the Cantho hotel and return to Ho Chi Minh.
● At 13:00 pm, we have lunch at Mekong Rest Stop restaurant/ local street food on the road to Ho Chi Minh and rest on the nice scenery on the Mekong delta tour.
● We arrive at Ho Chi Minh City at 16:00 or 17:00pm.
